Registration for the 2021 Farmington Youth Football season closed on July 15, 2021. FYFA is no longer allowing any late registrations in order to properly prepare for the 2021 season.
Welcome to the Farmington Youth Football 2021!
3rd to 8th Grade Registration Fee: $225
$150 Equipment Deposit Check and $150 Volunteer Check will also be required.
START DATE: MONDAY, AUGUST 9th
Registration fee includes at least 8 games with officials, weekday practices, practice pack (T-shirt and shorts) and use of equipment.
3rd-5th grade will have practices/games 2 to 3 days per week.
6th-8th grade will have practices/games 3 to 4 days per week.
Practices begin at 6 p.m. and usually go to 7:30 p.m.
Everyone should expect to practice 4 days per week the first two weeks of the season.
The season will end mid October.
**All equipment with the exception of girdle, cleats and mouth guard are provided to 3rd-8th grade players. A $150 equipment deposit check and $150 volunteer check will both be required at the time of equipment and jersey check-out. If either check is not turned in at the time of check-out, equipment and jersey will not be disbursed. The Equipment Deposit check will not be cashed if all equipment and jersey is turned in at end of season in reusable condition. The Volunteer check will not be cashed if the volunteer requirement is met.
Two volunteer shifts per family will be required to help the Farmington Football Youth Association this season.
Each grade will practice together the first week. Coaches will meet that weekend with FYF Board members to form the teams. Teams play in the South Suburban Youth Football League, which requires balanced teams if there are more than one team at an age level. If for some reason your player cannot attend the first week of practice, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.

Farmington Youth Football Association has been chosen as a grant recipient from USA Football. The grant of $500.00 will go towards new equipment from Riddell, USA Football's official equipment partner.

Farmington Youth Football Association was established with a primary purpose to foster the development of Farmington youth by teaching proper, safe techniques and ethical practices for football, to encourage effective communication, cooperation, sportsmanship, and healthy competition, to develop the value and self-esteem of each individual participant, and to create an atmosphere where camarderie, inclusiveness, accountability, learning and respect are valued.
